A Milwaukee Public School aide is due in court on Friday.
She's accused of slapping a special needs student. Now, the family is sharing video of the incident.
It happened back in January at James Madison High School. Teacher's aide Mary Brown can be seen on cell phone video hitting the child who is sitting at a desk.
A student told the principal a fight broke out in the classroom.
Brown admitted to hitting the student on the forehead to get their attention.
She's charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.
MPS suspended the teacher's aide after the incident.
