Family of Murdered Hairdresser sues Online Gun Store

The family of a murdered hairdresser is suing the website that set up the sale of the gun used in the Azana Salon shooting.

The daughter of Zina Daniel claims the website where Daniel's estranged husband bought his gun shares some responsibility for the shooting.

It says Armslist encourages illegal buyers to get their guns online.

The family's attorney, Pat Dunphy, just successfully won a judgment in civil court against badger guns for the cop shooting. A court date in the Azana case has not yet been set.
