MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 38-year-old man is dead after a car hit a tree Friday morning in Milwaukee, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner.
It occurred near N. 76th St. and W. Dean Rd around 5:45 a.m.
There is no word on the cause of the crash. An autopsy is pending.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Emergency crews responded to a car vs. tree crash Friday morning in Milwaukee.
According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, the crash occurred near N. 76th St. and W. Dean Rd around 5:45 a.m.
There is no word on injuries or the cause of the crash.
