Eight charged in heroin distribution conspiracy in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Eight people from Milwaukee were arrested and indicted in federal court in connection to a conspiracy to distribute heroin.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the charges resulted from a long-term federal, state and local investigation into heroin trafficking in Milwaukee.

If found guilty, the following defendants will each face up to 20 years in prison:

  • James Harris (Age: 52)
  • James Coleman (Age: 60)
  • Nequann Terry (Age: 24)
  • Todd McGown (Age: 50)
  • Casey Johnson (Age: 52)
  • Don Tillman (Age: 49)
  • Antoine Jeff (Age: 41)
  • Roderick Ramsey (Age: 32)

The eight people were arrested on Wednesday. According to the DOJ, law enforcement recovered heroin, 11 firearms, around $30,000 and several vehicles.
