MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Miller Park is responding following major traffic jams around the stadium before Ed Sheeran's concert Wednesday night.
See the statement from the venue below:
“We are aware that there was significant congestion on several major routes as people traveled to Miller Park last night, and the process of moving cars into the lots was slower than anticipated. Our goal is to always provide the best fan experience possible and for many fans last night, we did not deliver. There are several factors related to hosting a concert that are different than a baseball game that created challenges. Regardless, we need to do better and we apologize for the inconvenience.”

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It might have looked like your average traffic jam in Milwaukee but it was all because of one event...the Ed Sheeran concert at Miller Park.
Traffic could be seen backed up on I-94 at 84th Street on Wednesday evening.
Since the Brewers played Game 7 of the NLCS at the park last Saturday, Sheeran's setup team needed more time to get everything ready.
Traffic has since been cleared.
