Early morning shooting on Milwaukee’s south side

The Milwaukee Police Department reports that a 35 year old man was shot early this morning. The shooting was reported around 3:30 AM in the area of S 9th Street and W Lincoln Avenue on Milwaukee’s south side. The victim is being treated in a local hospital for a single gunshot wound. The circumstances surrounding this shooting are under investigation. There are no suspects at this time.
