It happened around 7:27 a.m. on the USH 45 off-ramp at West Washington Street.

According to the West Bend Police, the driver failed to negotiate a turn onto Washington Street and the truck tipped over.

Some of the truck's animal feed was spilled onto the highway.

No other vehicles were involved and there was no damage to any other property.

The driver of the dump truck was treated for a minor injury.

A truck inspector from the Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation and determined the air brakes failed to engage.
