WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police are investigating a fatal crash in Waukesha Tuesday, May 19. 

First responders were called to the two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 59 and Les Paul Parkway and River Valley Road just before 1:30 p.m. 

Officials say one driver was taken to an area hospital where they were pronounced deceased. The second driver was transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. 

Police say drivers should expect delays in the area as an investigation is underway. 

The Wisconsin State Patrol Traffic Reconstruction Unit is assisting in the investigation.
