GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A citation is issued to the driver involved in a head-on crash that killed a teacher last month.
Jill Ruland taught fourth grade at Grafton Elementary School. She died November 27, five days after the crash.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Department says the other driver was issued a ticket for crossing the center line on Highway 60 and then slamming into Ruland's vehicle.
The driver and his passenger were both hurt in the crash, but survived.
The district attorney has not yet made a decision on any possible charges.
