Driver Arrested After 6-Year-Old was Hit By Car in Racine

Racine Police Department was investigating after a 6-year-old girl was hit by a car on Wednesday around 3:53 PM at the intersection of State and Prospect.
She was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Driver was arrested. Police would not confirm to CBS 58 why the driver was arrested, but they did say it was not a hit and run.
