Dontre Hamilton's Mother to Speak at Democratic National Convention

Dontre Hamilton’s mother, Maria, will speak at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.
The convention will take place July 25 through July 27.
Dontre was killed by a former Milwaukee Police Officer in Red Arrow Park in May 2014.
