Dog trainers warn of bad dog behavior
Amy Ammen is no stranger to dog bites.
\"Every dog is an equal opportunist when it comes to aggression. I've been beaten many times by all sorts of dogs,\" said Ammen. She's been a dog trainer for years.
She said to pay attention to whether or not the owner has control of the dog, and never assume a dog is just being friendly.
She also there are ways to prevent being attacked.
\"Often times, dog lovers will break boundaries. They will come down to the dogs level, try to stare them down. They think I'm good with dogs, I've never been beaten. Well, maybe they just haven't come across the wrong dog. Never hug a new dog or try to pick him up,\" said Ammen.
