Dog found frozen in Sheboygan County home; owner charged

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- 39-year-old Kimberly Fidlin is facing criminal charges in Sheboygan County after her dog was found dead and frozen in a foreclosed home.
Fidlin allegedly left her eight year old beagle mix named Lucky behind after losing her home in January. According to the criminal complaint, Fidlin said she'd been feeding lucky while living with her boyfriend. She also claims she was at the house just days before a mortgage company employee found the dog frozen on a pet bed.
Fidlin is facing criminal charges related to animal abandonment and neglect.
