Dinner Is Served! Time for Milwaukee's Downtown Dining Week

They call this Milwaukee's "Favorite Feast."  For the next week, you can enjoy lunches or dinners at various dining spots at a more reasonable price.  In fact, close to 45 restaurants will be featured in Downtown Dining Week.

I was able to preview several eateries during the morning show on Thursday, including the Brass Alley off Old World Third Street.  The food here has a definite Cajun flare.  It just opened last fall, and those with the restaurant think this special dining event could really showcase their menu to a whole new group of eyes (and stomachs.)

During the next week, you'll enjoy three-course meals at $12.50 for lunch and $25 or $35 for dinner. Just pick your starter, entree and dessert from a list of preselected favorites. Keep in mind it's a good idea to tip on the original amount.

And then after your meal, share your experience by completing a Downtown Dining Week survey online. Four diners will be randomly drawn and awarded $550 in dining gift cards.

You know there will be lots of interest in this, so reservations are recommended (if the restaurant takes them.)  For much more information on Downtown Dining Week, just click on the attached link.
