MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- June is National Dairy Month! While there are some items that are good for you, some are not. Doctors say dairy is a good source for calcium, which means strong bones and teeth.
Becky Kerkenbush is a registered dietitian and immediate past president of the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Kerkenbush shares some of the benefits of dairy and some good alternatives for those who can't tolerate it.
