Dennis Torres Charged with Child Abuse of 14-Month-Old

Dennis Torres of Milwaukee has been formally charged with physical abuse of a child this weekend.
Torres is accused of abusing his 14-month-old son on April 24. The child suffered serious injuries including bruises and punctured lungs.
When Torres was asked by inspectors about the abuse of the child, he said \"I beat the (expletive) out of him. It was inhumane.\"
Torres was charged on Saturday and was in custody.
