Deals and happenings for Milwaukee Day 2022

 

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two of Milwaukeeans' favorite days land on April 14 this year. Of course, that's Milwaukee Day, but it's also the Brewers home opener. 

There's plenty to do on Milwaukee Day, whether you love it for the kickbacks or the community events. Here are some of them: 

• MilwaukeeHome will sell limited edition T-shirts at the Brewers home opener. Seven other local vendors will also be at the stadium to sell and show off their products. The shirts were also designed by a MIAD student and printed in Oak Creek. 

• 414 Milwaukee Apparel will unfurl its large 414 banner in front of City Hall. People are encouraged to go take a photo with it. 
  
  
• Purple Door is giving away free 1 oz. cones.
  
  
• A community clean up is taking place at Butterfly Park on Milwaukee's northwest side. 
  
  
• Harley Davidson Museum will charge just $4.14 for admission. 
  
  
• MB Squared, a local photographer, will be giving away two prints of Leon's Custard on its social media pages. 

• Company Brewing will host Milwaukee Records Milwaukee Day showcase featuring Fox Face, Shle Berry, and Devils Teeth. Company’s Milwaukee Style Lager will be available and special T-shirts. 
  
  
• Great Lakes Distillery will release 2 Milwaukee Day bottles. 
  
  
• Urban Harvest Brewing Company is hosting "414 Specials" with $4 pints of its 414 Golden Ale and $14 Milwaukee Flag logo T-shirts

More events will take place throughout the weekend to celebrate the holiday, including showcases at Cooperage MKE and Cactus Club.
