Daycare center driver charged with sexual assault

Racine - According to the criminal complaint, 61-year-old Lance Stine admitted to touching a 6-year-old girl's private parts. The young girl told police Stine touched her on at least two different occasions between January and March of this year. Stine has been arrested and charged.

Investigators say the sexual assault acts happened when Stine picked up the young girl from school, and drove her to the daycare center. Stine lives in Kenosha, and the daycare center is located on Rapids Drive in Racine. Stine has been placed on administrative leave. The daycare center's owner would not comment on the charges.
