Dave Chappelle to bring newest nationwide tour to Fiserv Forum

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Emmy and Grammy-winning comedian Dave Chappelle will bring his national "Dave Chappelle Live: It’s A Celebration, B!%?#&$!" tour to Milwaukee's Fiserv Forum.

Known for his incisive social commentary mixed with laughs, Chappelle's show is set to take place on Oct. 17. Tickets for the event will go on sale Thursday, Aug. 31, at 10 a.m.

The tour kicked off in August with a four-night run at Madison Square Garden. Special guests at previous shows have included notable figures in both comedy and music, although it remains unclear who, if any, will join Chappelle in Milwaukee.

Wednesday, Aug. 30, marks the beginning of local presales. No cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will be permitted. Devices will be secured in Yondr pouches upon arrival, to be unlocked at the end of the performance.

Chappelle has earned more than 30 awards and nominations in TV and film for projects such as his "Chappelle's Show" series, stand-up comedy specials and his appearances on NBC's "Saturday Night Live." He also won the Grammy for Best Comedy Album three years in a row, from 2018 through 2020.
