Dairyland Old-Fashioned Hamburgers debuts food trailer in Walker's Point

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) --- Dairyland Old-Fashioned Hamburgers is expanding its reach with a food trailer at Zócalo Food Park in Walker's Point on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Dairyland opened its doors for curbside pickup in Oak Creek in September. The mobile restaurant will join resident food trucks Mazorca Tacos, Anytime Arepa, Modern Maki, and Ruby’s Bagels.

Dairyland features a menu of burgers and sides, including fries, onion rings, cheese curds, and a classic Friday Night fish fry. There is also a kids' menu and housemade bakery items baked by Dairyland pastry chef and co-owner Katie Fogle.

Dairyland will use the CashDrop app and Zócalo’s CashDrop kiosk.

“We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Zócalo, a venue which shares our passion for bringing people together with delicious, well-prepared food,” says Dairyland co-owner Joe McCormick. “Dairyland was founded with the goal of bringing back the classic nostalgic flavors of Wisconsin found in the restaurants our parents and grandparents enjoyed, and we can’t wait to share that with a new audience in Walker’s Point.”
