Cyclists are Riding at Civil War Museum Parking Lot Due to Loss of Velodrome

People in Kenosha are doing what they can to keep cycling even with the popular Velodrome closed.

It's been closed for two years, because of cracking in the structure.

So the Velodrome Association is hosting races in the parking lot of the Civil War Museum. Monday night was the kids turn to do some laps they are not letting the absence of the velodrome stop them from staying on track.

There is no real time table for when the velodrome will reopen. Organizers hope by next year because it will be the 90th anniversary of the track opening.
