Curtis L. Carter Art and Social Change Lecture by Brian Ulrich

Photographer Brian Ulrich will present the annual Curtis L. Carter Art and Social Change Lecture on Wednesday, January 22, at 6 p.m. in the Appellate Courtroom of Eckstein Hall. The Haggerty Museum will host the exhibition \"Brian Ulrich: Copia—Retail, Thrift, and Dark Stores, 2001–2011\", from January 22 through May 18, 2014.

This exhibition and accompanying programs are sponsored in part by the Curtis L. Carter Art and Social Change Lecture Endowment Fund, the Friends of the Haggerty Exhibition and Programs Fund, and the Lillian Rojtman Berkman Endowment Fund. Brian Ulrich: Copia—Retail, Thrift, and Dark Stores, 2001–2011 was organized by the Cleveland Museum of Art. This exhibition was made possible by the Fred and Laura Ruth Bidwell Foundation. The Curtis L. Carter Art and Social Change Lecture Series is supported by an endowment fund created by the Friends of the Haggerty in honor of the Haggerty’s founding director and his commitment to exhibitions and programs that explore the role of the arts as a vehicle for addressing social change issues.
