CUDAHY - Cudahy Police now say a fire at a former tannery is a case of arson and suspects are under arrest.
The fire broke out around 5 p.m. Sunday night in a vacant building near Packard and Edgerton.
Detectives say they've arrested juveniles they believe to have started the fire.
The evidence collected will be passed along to the District Attorney's Office for charges.
