MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing into a building early Friday, Feb. 13, according to Milwaukee police.

The crash happened around 1:06 a.m. Friday near the corner of Oakland and Locust. The driver lost control while making a right turn, struck a traffic sign and rolled into a building, according to police.

The man was pulled from the car and taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries that were not life-threatening, police say.

Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
