Crash, argument escalates to fatal shooting on Milwaukee's South side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred near S.10th and W. Lapham Blvd. around 4:20 a.m.
According to Police, the driver of a vehicle crashed into another person's vehicle near the intersection. Several people began to argue about the incident. The argument escalated when a subject retrieved a gun and shot a 30-year-old male.
The Milwaukee Fire Department performed CPR on the victim, but he died from his injuries.
Police are investigating the incident.
