MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The deadline to move people out of Milwaukee's "Tent City" is quickly approaching.
People in the homeless encampment were served eviction notices and have to be out by Halloween.
Thursday, Oct. 24, a county official gave an update on their efforts.
James Mathy says the county has helped 50 people find new living arrangements. There are less than 40 people left.
"Individuals haven't been homeless for as long, and there's some additional challenges about finding resources, but we're pretty confident we'll be able to do it," Mathy said.
Third Space Brewery donated 20-percent of beer sales to start-up housing kits Thursday night.
