Convicted sex offender released in Waukesha County, listed as homeless
WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Waukesha County officials are notifying the public about the release of a 76-year-old convicted sex offender. Stanley R. Blodgett was released on Tuesday, May 4, and he is homeless.
Authorities say Blodgett has a lengthy history of sexual offenses and convictions dating back to 1963. He was convicted most recently in 1996 for 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a 2-year-old female relative.
Blodgett is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victims, no employment or volunteering with minors, and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs. He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime G.P.S. monitoring with exclusion zones in the downtown Waukesha area.
