Convenience store holdup

Two armed robbers are at large this morning following a holdup at a Town of Somers convenience store late last night.   According to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office around 10:20 Monday night, two men with their faces covered, entered the North Side Superette at the corner of Sheridan Road and 12th Ave, just west of the Carthage College Campus in Kenosha.   One of the robbers displayed a handgun.  The men fled the scene and have not been apprehended.  At this time, it has not been determined what the men got away with.  Sheriff’s deputies are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the robbery.
