Construction to begin on Wisconn Valley Way in Racine County

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Construction will start the week of April 15 on the road to Foxconn's factory in Racine County.
The DOT says Wisconn Valley Way will be a four-lane road that connects Highway 11 and County Road KR.
The new road is expected to be open by the end of 2019.
