MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Forget rolling on the river; what about rolling on log in a pool?
This is what some young adults will be doing this Saturday during the "Pumpkin Plunge Log Rolling Tournament" put on by the Marquette Log Rolling team.
It's open to all college amateur log rollers. The tourney will have two to three different divisions and will all be co-ed. Awards will be presented to the top three rollers in each division.
The fun gets underway at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday with a warmup session at the Helfaer Tennis Stadium and Rec Center at 525 N. 16th St. The cost is $25 to participate.
Again, this event is for college-age only and participants are asked to preregister here.
