JACKSON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Coffeeville Company will launch a specialty drink Sunday, June 8 to support a young woman undergoing treatment for thyroid cancer. The drink, called Ashley’s Latte, will be sold at all locations with proceeds directed toward her medical expenses.

The company will host a launch event at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Jackson Café where Ashley, for whom the drink is named and is supporting, will be. Coffeeville officials said the beverage will remain available after the event.

The drink is described as having a buttery caramel and rich vanilla bean flavor, with the intent of mirroring "courage, purpose and love."

A live music performance is also planned for the gathering.
