MADISON -
The home debut for Badgers head coach Paul Chryst was much more Wisconsin-like than the season opening loss at Alabama.
Joel Stave threw for three touchdowns, and the Badgers defense flexed its collective muscle in a 58-0 win over Miami (Ohio) Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium.
The Badgers picked up their first touchdown just before the end of the first quarter on a pass from Stave to Robert Wheelwright, then added 24 additional points in the second quarter before coasting to the win.
Dare Ogunbowale rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown in the win, while Taiwan Deal rushed for two scores.
