Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Nyla
The Milwaukee woman charged with giving her toddler a fatal dose of painkillers is pleading not guilty.
Bail was also reduced from $7,500 to $5,000 during this morning's arraignment for Margarita Balderas.
Balderas is charged with second degree reckless homicide after police say she gave her daughter a mix of drugs in an attempt to calm her down or put her to sleep last summer.
