Chick-fil-A to open in Menomonee Falls on Thursday, Sept. 9

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Chick-fil-A will open in Menomonee Falls on Thursday, Sept. 9.

The restaurant will open for limited dine-in, carry-out, and drive thru-service. There will also be third-party delivery available shortly after the opening. 

The Menomonee Falls location has identified 100 local heroes making an impact in the community and will surprise the group with free Chick-fil-A for a year. It is in place of the traditional First 100 Grand Opening celebration. 

Chick-fil-A also partnered with Feeding America to make a $25,000 donation to a local food bank in honor of the new restaurant opening to aid in the fight against hunger, officials say. 

The restaurant is hiring 120-130 full and part-time employees. Those interested can apply here.

The restaurant is located at W185 N9590 Bancroft Drive, and will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
