Charlie Berens postpones Milwaukee tour dates

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The host of the "Manitowoc Minute" has some bad news for Milwaukee. Charlie Berens announced his upcoming shows at the Riverside Theater will be rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Berens posted to Facebook on Friday, Jan. 7, letting his fans know about the change.

"We want to make sure as many people as possible can make it out to our shows," Berens wrote. "The most recent surge in COVID-19 cases is making that tough this month, especially for those with underlying health issues and their caretakers."

Berens has rescheduled his Milwaukee dates for Friday, April 8th and Saturday, April 9th. However, those shows are already sold out.

Last November Berens published his first book, "The Midwest Survival Guide: How We Talk, Love, Work, Drink, and Eat... Everything with Ranch," which is now a New York Times Bestseller.
