Central Standard Craft Distillery Expanding to Location Near Marquette University

Central Standard Craft Distillery announced a major expansion project that will add jobs and help bring vibrancy to a west side neighborhood. 

This new production facility will be used to keep up with current and future demand, increase product lines and allow for contract projects.

The 10,000 square feet facility will be located at 2330 W. Clybourn Street near Marquette University. 

The $1.1 million project will create 9 new jobs over the next two years and is scheduled to open in July of 2017. 

Central Standard Craft Distillery’s current Distillery and Tasting Room located at 613 S 2nd Street in Walkers Point will remain open. 

“The distilling operations will focus on R&D.  The tasting room will have extended hours and open days along with the ability to host more private events”, Pat McQuillan said.
