(CBS 58) – The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s ‘Tips from Former Smokers’ campaign is entering its 10th year this month.
According to the CDC this year will include new ads that encourage people who smoke to quit.
CBS 58 spoke with Dr. Karen Hacker, the Director of CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP) about the campaign and its impact.
