MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Tonight's One Good Thing, a safe place for those in need.
Street Angels of Milwaukee hosted an open house on Friday, Nov. 8 as part of their Season of Hope campaign.
Leaders gave a tour of the facility, outreach buses, and their shower trailer.
They also kicked off a 48-hour demonstration of how a safe indoor space could help Milwaukee's homeless population, with a safe, controlled legal place to sleep. While also offering access to bathrooms, showers, and resources from community organizations.
A community group dedicated to taking care of those in need, that is One Good Thing.
