WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Our morning anchor Mike "Iron Mike" Curkov stepped into the ring at Blizzard Brawl in Waukesha, Saturday night, Dec. 5.
Mike took part in a 6-man tag-team match with AEW's "The Gunn Club" against Kevin Thorn and The Express.
After fighting through some early blows, "Iron Mike" rallied for a comeback victory, finishing off the competition with a stunner to become the champion.
"Oh my god. This was an absolute dream come true. Something I've always wanted to do since I was a kid. An absolute bucket list moment. Thanks to all the guys for putting me through it. I got the pin. I got the win" said Curkov.
"The Titan" Adam Scherr, EC3 and other event organizers announced Saturday that they are donating all the money made from last night's Blizzard Brawl meet and greets to the United for Waukesha Community Fund.
