CBS 58's Feel Good Friday: Trucks, theatre and Taylor tickets 🎫
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- As another Feel Good Friday arrives, so does another opportunity to discover some of the fun events taking place in and around Milwaukee this upcoming weekend.
Joe Krauss of B93.3 FM joined us on Friday, May 19 to discuss what to expect.
Among them is Big Truck Day on Saturday, set to take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Red Arrow Park. This free event will showcase over a dozen big rigs from local public service departments, including Milwaukee's Fire and Police departments. Family activities such as a book sale, truck-themed arts and crafts and food trucks are slated. Notably, the first 750 kids aged 2-10 will receive free safety vests.
On Saturday, May 20, the YMCA is hosting Parents’ Night Out, offering a night of fun activities for kids at multiple Y locations. For a fee of $20 per child, parents can enjoy an evening out while the YMCA entertains their kids.
"101 Dalmatians Kids" will also be featured at Sunset Playhouse on both Saturday and Sunday. This live action rendition of the beloved movie is intended for viewers of all ages.
Krauss also announced that fans of Taylor Swift have an opportunity to win tickets for her Eras Tour at Chicago’s Soldier Field on June 2. Starting Monday, May 22, B93.3 listeners can participate in Taylor Trivia on "Feel Good Mornings with Joe" at 7:30 a.m. Winning entries can open B93.3's Taylor's Vault and be eligible for daily prizes, along with the chance to win concert tickets.
