WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The CBS 58 Hometowns tour explores a distinctive, noteworthy part of the area each week, with this week's tour focusing on a specific block party set to take place in West Allis.
We visited West Allis during the first stint of the Hometowns tour, but this is a perfect week to head back, ahead of the West Allis A La Carte party, offering local businesses, artists, civic groups, schools and churches an opportunity to have fun. The games, food and music are set to be plentiful, and our own Amanda Porterfield will be showcasing a preview all week during CBS 58 news.
To kick the Hometowns week off, we spoke to Emily Eineichner from Downtown West Allis, Inc. for a preview.
