Cardinal Stritch University loses heat during cold snap

GLENDALE-After a two hour shutdown, power and heat was restored at Cardinal Stritch University.

Heat is back on in six of 11 building affected.

The University's main campus was closed Tuesday afternoon. We Energies crews have determined the cause to be a blown fuse box.

The blown fused knocked out power to parts of the campus including the part that supplies heat.

It's one of several weather related problems that disrupted the normal routine as Southeast Wisconsin tries to break free from a cold snap.
