MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A car dealership employee charged with recording women on a hidden camera waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty in court Monday morning.
The case will now move to trial.
Thanongsack Sayavong, 40, was arrested after a camera was discovered in the women's bathroom at Umansky BMW in Glendale by another employee. The camera was found inside a paper towel dispenser. A detective later viewed the video files and there were videos of women using the bathroom as well as a suspect appearing to set up the camera and make adjustments to its location.
Sayavong is now facing three felony charges of capturing an intimate representation.
Sayavong is due back in court May 9. A trial start date has not been assigned yet.
