Local leaders react to quadruple-shooting near 27th and Capitol
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say an impaired driver crashed into a fire hydrant, a parked car and a house on the east side.
It happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday night near Lyon and Jefferson.
MPD says the driver of the vehicle was passed out behind the wheel and pressed the accelerator.
Witnesses rushed to help the man after the crash. No one was inside the home at the time.
The driver was hospitalized with minor injuries and arrested for OWI.
