MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Girls from more than a dozen local schools on Thursday, July 17, got a glimpse at a career in construction. It was the ninth annual "Build Like A Girl" event, which organizers hope will combat the severe lack of women in the field and the skills gap affecting the industry.
