MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Some of the smallest Milwaukeeans got a visit from one of the tallest on Friday.
Thon Maker, the 7'2" Bucks Forward, stopped by the Next Door Early Education Center to read to kids and take some time to do crafts with the youngsters.Â
The Bucks player was joined by Bango and Bucks' dance team.Â
Maker says giving back to the community is something he looks forward to when he's not on the court with his teammates.Â
"The kids are important and basketball is just a part-time thing. I'm not gonna play basketball forever, so if I can impact somebody's life in some way and this is one of them, I'll do it," said Maker.Â
