Brown Deer Police: Man allegedly attempted to push shopping cart with infant inside while friend filmed it

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brown Deer Police were called to Walmart for a report of a man who tried to tip over a shopping cart with an infant inside. 

According to police, a 17-year-old Milwaukee female was shopping around 5 p.m. on Thursday with her infant when a male subject came over, and tried to push her shopping cart that was holding her infant daughter while another man filmed it on his phone.

The subjects left the store prior to officers' arrival.

Loss Prevention was able to identify the subject who pushed the cart as a former employee, a 28-year-old Milwaukee man, who films prank videos to upload to his social media. 

The female wished to be a complainant for Disorderly Conduct and Walmart wanted the male advised that he is no longer welcome on the property.

A report was filed.
