Brown Deer Police chase stolen vehicle into Milwaukee; end pursuit near North 42 Street

Brown Deer Police Department officers observed a stolen vehicle in Brown Deer on September 1 around 7:22 PM.  

BDPD officers pursued the vehicle into Milwaukee and terminated the pursuit in the area of North 42 Street and West Fairmount Avenue.  

A Brown Deer Police Department said a supervisor made the decision to terminate the pursuit consistent with the department's policy and in the best interests of the department's officers, the Village of Brown Deer and the public’s safety.
