BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Brown Deer police officer charged with shooting and injuring a man will go to trial later this month.
Devon Kraemer was in court Monday morning for a final pretrial. Investigators say Kraemer was called to remove an unruly passenger from a MCTS bus and then shot the man in the back while he was on the ground.
The man who was shot survived but lost part of his lung.
Kraemer said she feared for her safety.
