WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two brothers are facing charges after Waukesha Police say they beat up a man for being from Chicago.
The victim and two others were at a home with Jose and Francisco Aguilera. At some point, the brothers learned the victim was from Chicago and witnesses say they assaulted him, breaking his nose and jaw.
The brothers were arrested.
According to investigators, while the brothers were at the police station, they joked about the incident saying the victim "deserved it" for being a Bears fan.
